This role will involve:
The Housing Engagement Manager will lead on developing and implementing the Resident Involvement Strategy and spearheading our work on resident involvement in building safety. This role also leads on all Housing related communications.
They will be responsible for managing a small team of housing engagement officers and a housing communications lead officer as well as have overall responsibility for our housing community facilities including the Priory Court Community Centre.
