Housing Complaints needed in Newham, £21.64ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1109328

Role to investigate and respond to all Member Enquiries, Stage 1, stage 2 complaints and Housing Ombudsman cases

Office based 5 days per week

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
