Housing Assistant needed in Nottingham Paying  £15.56 per hr ref 1366360

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• • Receive keys from outgoing tenants and advise on ending tenancies.
  • Send mail-merge letters, letters for Housing Officers, and emails to new tenants.
  • Raise purchase orders and journal vouchers.
  • Attach documents to the document management system.
  • Accept tenants for mutual exchange and update adverts.
  • Bid for properties and add garage applicants to the housing management system.
  • Terminate garages and manage keys for blocks of flats.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, log, scan, and disseminate documents.
  • Call back applicants to register them on the Homefinder waiting list.
  • Deal with general enquiries in person and via the Homefinder website.
  • Operate the switchboard and perform reception duties.
  • Provide word processing services, including designing and formatting documents.
  • Maintain data filing and management systems, inputting and retrieving information.
  • Write basic letters and memoranda.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices.
  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors for materials and stationery.
  • Organise meetings and meeting rooms.
