Housing adaptations and improvement officer needed in Weston Super Mare £13.21ph ref 407791
Working full time hours on a temporary basis.
Role will be undertake inspections and monitoring of specific technical schemes under the guidance of senior colleagues and/or within statutory frameworks. Process work with customers, business and clients within the appropriate guidelines and technical specifications. Introduce or give information and advice to customers about technical standards and processes they should follow. Establish & maintain appropriate links between customers, businesses and the general public.
