Homeless Prevention – Strategic Commissioner in East London

The rate is £32.10ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be responsible for commissioning new supported accommodation for residents who are homeless or rough sleeping with multiple complex needs. They will be responsible for driving and navigating the procurement process in a fast paced environment due to great demand.

They will be managing two quality assurance officers, ensuring that monitoring contracts for value for money and improved outcomes is a key focus and will be dealing with contract extensions and re-tendering for whole life contracts will be a primary focus.

You will need to be highly organised, good communicator and hands on with providers.
