To assist in managing demand for the housing services by managing expectations while offering advice and assistance to members of the public to proactively retain their existing accommodation or access the full range of alternative housing options which may be available to them across all tenures To act as caseworker to clients who approach the council with a housing need. To provide advice and assistance to help the client resolve their housing issues through the production of a personal housing plan which may address wider issues than their housing needs and could involve referrals to other agencies. |
