Home Ownership Property Manager Full Time Temporary

Home Ownership Property Manager needed in Filton £16.07 ph  PAYE – Reference: 5203657

This role will involve:

• Carrying out leasehold and estate management to ensure adherence to the terms of the lease, legislation and best practice
• Conducting regular block/estate inspections to check that services are provided to a good standard with any repair needs being reported
• Managing administration of rent and service charge accounts, including consultation with residents and leaseholders
• Responsibility for rent and service charge arrears recovery and working to Sovereign’s income recovery plan
• Processing applications for lease extensions, mortgage approvals and transfers of shared ownership leases
• Responding to customers’ requests for permissions and liaising with Property Services to ensure the plans and proposed works comply with the relevant regulations

This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
