Highways Manuel Operative needed in Wakefield paying £9.62 per hr PAYE Ref: 4425E
This is working full time hours on a temporary basis
Responsibilities:
Responsible for undertaking as part of a team, or as an individual, highway maintenance and construction of schemes in a coordinated, timely and efficient way, ensuring value for money and sustainability
Undertake as part of a team, or as an individual (as appropriate), maintenance and construction of roads, footways, verges, street furniture and highways drainage to ensure:-
- Completion of all works within the required timescales
- Works completed in an effective manner that minimises disruption to all road users within the District
- Work is carried out safely.
- Work is carried out to specification
