This role will involve:
The claims administrator is based in the team that brings the customer to the heart of the Highways Service and provides a voice for the customer. The key objective of the team is to ‘manage customer expectations’ and deliver an efficient customer journey within financial constraints. The role is responsible for processing claims for compensation for personal injury or damage caused during a Highway related incident.
