Highway Engineer needed in Bristol Paying  £30 per hr ref 5253103

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Role Overview: Manage and deliver engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations. Lead a team, develop innovative design solutions, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex construction projects, often in urban environments.
  • Conduct surveys, complete designs, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Oversee site visits to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
  • Handle statutory notices and liaise with stakeholders to coordinate delivery.
  • Manage project finances and contracts, emphasizing timely and budget-conscious delivery.
  • Supervise and direct project staff.

  Focus Areas:

  • Support Urban Transport objectives.
  • Work across various fields including Highways, Civil, Structural, Drainage, Contract Administration, and Surveying.
