Head of Housing needed in Dorset
The pay rate is £500.00 per day PAYE

Head of Housing needed for a six month period. Our client are looking for someone with strong operational experience across a range of activities typical of a Unitary Local Authority which is large but has a strong enabling and housing needs focus. They are looking for someone who is good at looking across that range, with key partners across professions, and to support the best outcomes through collaboration and effective planning. The range of functions covered are:
- Housing Standards (including Housing related environmental health)
- Homelessness and Housing Advice
- Temporary Accommodation
- Housing Register and Lettings
- Housing Strategy
- Housing Enabling and liaison with Registered Providers
