Handyperson needed in Ealing ref LBE5740
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
To perform monthly electrical emergency lighting tests and to accurately record test results
Be responsible for the safe and efficient maintenance of all building assets and equipment, including doors, windows, floors, walls and furniture items when necessary
Deliver maintenance such as decorating, tiling, patch plastering and basic carpentry tasks in conjunction
Assist with the delivery of minor works packages such as required from time to time
