Graphic designer needed in Kingston upon Thames £177per day ref 428781
Full time hours on a temporary basis currently working remotely for now, possibly some office time with the team if we go back, but this will only likely one day a week, if that.
An experienced graphic designer is required to support the communications team to carry out work for a variety of online and printed materials and channels. This role will play an essential part in the development of the corporate brand, adhering to the brand guidelines, as well as supporting Public Health messaging and design around COVID-19.
The successful individual will work with the communications and engagement managers and officers to develop the existing priority branding, as well as specific campaign branding, graphics for social media, layouts for printed materials and producing various editable templates. Other responsibilities Produce designs within corporate brand guidelines and in line with the priority branding. Produce internal and external printed publicity materials, including posters, leaflets, newsletters, postcards and other promotional collateral. Produce professional online artwork, including for the website and social media channels. Interpret internal briefs and ensure the final product is appropriately meeting the needs of customers, as well as the overall communications objectives.
Person spec
Have a professional graphic design or multimedia qualification.
Have industry experience of working in a team or independently delivering strong design solutions. Experience of client liaison and project management.
Experience of the full range of design packages including: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as online tools such as Canva.
