Gas Contract Works Officer Full Time Temporary

Gas Contract Works Officer needed in Dorset paying £14.58 per hr – Reference: 373321

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

This role will involve:

• To prepare detailed works instructions in the areas of disrepair and litigation/H/C/V and programmed works and progress repairs/improvements.
• To carry out fault diagnosis and prepare schedules of work.
• Direction and instruction of contractors in respect of ‘on site’ progress and quality of work.
• Preparation of payments at various stages up to and including final certification of works completion to standards outlined in contract specification, and in accordance with the Standing Orders.
• To carry out process auditing and continuous process improvements to develop and implement partnering arrangements to improve service delivery.

Ideally candidates will have a full UK driving licence
