Our client is looking for a Garage Management Officer. To
To be the lead officer for the administration and coordination for all garage sites and garage letting across the district approx. 2,000 garages across 100 sites with a potential income of £1m pa.
The successful candidate will identify sites suitable for redevelopment, improvement or alternative use and maximise income whilst providing a high quality customer service, dealing will garage related complaints.
The main duties will be to carry out desktop research, market analysis and user surveys of current garage tenants and potential garage tenants to identify opportunities for increasing the number of lettings. Collect and maintain up to date information in respect of tenants and applicants for garages including collection of information of current usage on future usage requirements and to be responsible for ensuring all customer information available on the Councils website, through information leaflets and in handbooks are up to date and contain accurate and relevant advice, guidance and information.
