Flood Risk Officer Contract Full Time

Flood Risk Officer based in Shrewsbury and the rate is £19.98 per hr

This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:

To be responsible for the management of flood risk throughout Shropshire. Those risks are to be managed in accordance with the Flood Risk Strategy. You are also responsible for ensuring the client meets its statutory duties as the Lead Local Flood Authority (LLFA). You will represent the client with external partners including but not limited to the Environment Agency, Severn and Wye Flood and Coastal Committee, IDBS, Flood Action Groups and other neighbouring local authorities.
