Financial Assessment & Benefit Officer needed in Bristol

The successful candidate will provide expertise and a high-quality charging, collection, advice and payments for residential and non-residential services to the department’s service users.
The successful candidate will be using Controcc to carry out assessments and Infomation@work to save documents if needed. This is specific piece of work reviewing the financial assessments of clients who have not been reviewed for 2 years or more. We offer hybrid working, with many of the team working full time from home however office space is available in Bristol City Centre.
