Finance Support Administrator Full Time Temporary

Finance Support Administrator needed in Billingham paying £11.51 per hr PAYE – Reference: 5204558

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

 Responsibilities

• Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries
• Process Wages
• Process month end accruals within the company’s deadline.
• Collate data from internal and external databases / contacts.
• Utilise and maintain a wide variety of internal and external databases and Google Drive.
• Actively manage and maintain internal tracking systems
• Assist with ongoing and ad hoc Projects including the mobilisation of new contracts and dilapidation process for terminated contracts. Take service request calls from clients and arrange service booking.
