Our client is looking for a Finance Officer. To provide a wide range of operational support functions to supervisors and line managers to include:
- Provide timely and accurate management information, statistics and reports to help operational management manage costs in accordance with the overall budget, month and year end procedures, KPI’s and operational business and Value for Money plans
- Provide payroll administration support and cover for colleagues across the site performing similar functions
- Liaise with operational management and staff across the depot and actively participate in cross site duty team functions
- Provide reception duties for departments HR, training and finance departments and provide cover for key colleagues in other operational support capacities
- To ensure Standing Orders, Financial Regulations and Guide to Procedures are adhered to by co-ordinating audits by leading the audit team and supporting the operational Support and Finance manager to ensure Key controls are met across site
- To provide support to management in respect of management information, monitoring and benchmarking requirements through the retrieval and collation of information.
