Events Organiser Full Time Temporary

Events Organiser needed in Eastbourne paying £10.62 per hr PAYE – Reference: 5455

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis

Responsibilities

Undertake end-to-end project management and delivery of courses and events for the Children’s Workforce. This will include:

• Planning the event and ensuring that responsibilities are clarified and timelines.
• Managing all pre-event preparations, liaising with tutors, venues, keynote speakers and presenters as necessary;
• Creating, producing, and distributing customised publicity and targeting appropriate audiences;
• Creating and managing the production of resources;
• Managing the professional delivery of the event on the day;
• Provide evaluation information to course commissioners, analysing evaluation returns to identify good practice and areas for concern so that these can be built into future planning.
