Estates Services Assistant Full Time Temporary

Estate Services Assistant needed Southwest London paying £14 per hr PAYE Ref: 415797

This is working full time hours on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

To carry out routine inspection of estates services including communal repairs, health and safety, cleaning, grounds maintenance and the general tidiness of the managed area and take any remedial action necessary.

Assist the Neighbourhood Housing Staff to monitor the work of contractors providing estate services, inspecting materials and standards of work to ensure compliance with the relevant specification, and reporting back.

To investigate specific health and safety hazards on estates and to take appropriate action to remove or control the hazard or otherwise advise of the action that needs to be taken.

Assist area office colleagues to resolve customer enquiries and complaints by carrying out estate investigations.
