Estates Officer Based in Birmingham and the salary is £17.01ph PAYE  

This is a full time temporary role.

This role will involve:

  • Estate inspections
  • Fire safety inspections
  • Boundary disputes
  • Some general knowledge of pests and vermin issues.
  • Good organisational skills
  • Identifying abandoned properties and vehicles
  • Service charge queries

Ideally candidates will have:

  • Clean UK driving licence
