Estates and Facilities Assistant needed in Manchester

The rate is £13.31ph PAYE

This is a varied role, the successful candidate will deal efficiently and courteously with enquiries from members of the public and internal customers providing effective and accurate information, using initiative to resolve queries at the first point of contact, and escalating queries where appropriate.

They will maintain locations with general cleaning duties, including the use of tools where required and will undertake management of financial resources to ensure an efficient and cost effective service for all customers, adhering to financial regulations.

They will carry out animal care, including feeding and cleaning out animal pens and where necessary will use a range of equipment to undertake duties to ensure the environment is safe for colleagues and visitors.
