Estate Enhancement Operative needed in Enfield

The rate is £19.81ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will improve the physical condition, safety, and aesthetics of the housing stock communal areas. The service will form part of the Estate Operations Team.

The Estate Enhancement Operative will be responsible for the following (not limited to): Make safe repairs (boarding garages, sheds, doors, glass panels) Fire signage & strip signage replacement Painting works Grounds maintenance to vulnerable tenant gardens pressure washing and window cleaning.
