Environment Marshall Full Time Temporary

Environment Marshall needed in Chadderton £13.00ph PAYE – Reference:0004 C819 / 1

This role will involve:

• Proactively engage with members of the public and business owners with the purpose of listening to their conversations/views/issues/needs whilst delivering key environmental messages.
• To lead on Neighbourhood based projects improving the environment across the Borough.
• Record qualitative and quantitative information relating to the engagement and to share insight and feedback from residents and other community members as part of the debrief process.
• Provide active support to Senior Enforcement Officers/Enforcement officers by gathering evidence to support environmental enforcement.
• Attend regular briefings to ensure ongoing enforcement activity is directly aligned to the work at a local level to engage with Members and local community groups.
• Will walk project areas and report wider environmental issues for action by appropriate teams and maintain an activity log of outstanding issues.

Ideally candidates will have a standard DBS

 This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
