Employment and skills advisor needed in Oldham £11.92ph PAYE – Reference:0004 1846 / 1

The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in working in an advisor role supporting people back into work or career progression. key skills and abilities include, customer service and engagement, using IT systems and databases and working in a fast pace environment with targets. Knowing how to navigate the jobs market and knowledge on various sectors to help apply and be successful in job interviews and applications. Local knowledge on employment and skills provision would also be an advantage. Not essential, however desirable qualifications include, employment practitioner, career management level 4 or above and/or an Information, Advice and Guidance level 4.

job opportunity is initially for a 6 month contract with the possibility for a 2-5 year contract extension.

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
