Employment Engagement Officer needed in Ilford Paying  £22.41 per hr ref OR15005

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver supported employment to clients with health barriers, including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, and other vulnerabilities
• Provide high-quality careers advice, CV support, job search assistance, application guidance, and interview preparation
• Engage with key partners to ensure timely referral processing
• Facilitate group sessions such as work clubs, employability workshops, peer support groups, and employer information events
• Monitor progress and outcomes, contributing to quarterly evaluation reports with both quantitative and qualitative data
• Achieve project outcomes and meet performance targets aligned with external funding requirements
