EHC coordinator needed £14.85ph ref 413230

Working full time hours on a temporary basis

We currently have a backlog of EHC plans that have not been amended since their last annual review despite changes being requested and agreed by the Local Authority as necessary. Each annual review presents a different challenge/circumstance and generates additional work which co-ordinators are not able to action in a timely manner. I am looking for up to 4 experienced & knowledgeable local authority SEND officers who are able to action reviews immediately, capable of drafting high quality EHC plans and liaising with parents/professionals. The officers will also be expected to lead and arrange annual review meetings if necessary. As the cases are overdue, the officer should have good interpersonal skills and a high level of written and verbal communication. The officer will also need to have strong ICT skills and capable of learning a new information database quickly. The role is remote and will be for a 3 to 6 month period.
