Economic Development Support Officer Contract Full Time

Based in Watford paying £17.22ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary role.     

Our client is looking for an Economic Development Support Officer. The role will encompass a range of administrative responsibilities and project support in a fast-paced environment, flexing and adapting with the needs of the Economic Development team, including:

• Being the first point of contact for business support enquiries coming through the Business Recovery & Growth Programme
• Responding to enquiries directly or referring on to teams within or external to the council where specialist advice and support is required
• Proactively following up with teams to ensure that support is delivered within agreed timescales, capturing and recording the support delivered to complete and close the enquiry and following up over time to assess the benefit of that support to businesses.
