Early Careers Manager Contract Full Time

Early Careers Manager based in London and the rate is £20.10ph PAYE

This is a full time temporary contract role.

The successful candidate will be required to develop, coordinate and deliver new pre-employment, career and talent programmes, to include a new work experience and supported internships/traineeship programme. These new programmes form a key part in the workforce strategy to attract, engage and retain the best talent from the widest pool, maximising opportunities to support residents’ employability and career development.

They will build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, so that potential job applicants, our staff and other local groups are aware of the career programmes and collaborate with the wider team and our partners to develop a new career pathway strategy. The scope of this will include apprenticeships, work shadowing, work experience, graduate internships and more.
