E-Learning/WFD Support Officer needed in Bedford £12.50ph PAYE – Reference:5172960
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
To enable the development of blended learning to its full potential.
The E-learning Support Officer will focus on the development and maintenance of the e-learning platform and course content, including launching new courses, creating course audiences; monitoring release notes and making relevant changes, arranging and uploading details of virtual training courses to allow delegates to book these and running reports to review virtual course attendance and completion of e-learning courses.
The E-learning Support Officer will also be the first point of contact responding to incoming e-learning queries and supporting any projects enabling access to learning through technology.
This is working Full time hours on a temporary contract basis
