Domestic Heating Engineer Full Time Permanent

Domestic Heating Engineer needed in Wells £35,855.00 PA PAYE – Reference: 5188671

This is a full time role on a permanent contract basis 

This role will involve:

• Respond to daily appointments to ensure all repairs are carried out within target dates.
• Respond as required to emergency situations.
• Carry out annual services to heating appliances in line with manufacturers requirements and of Industry British Standards
• Carry out the installation and commissioning of domestic boilers on a planned maintenance contract
• Carry out inspections to void or acquired properties as required
• Complete all relevant paperwork pertaining to the works to fulfil The Landlords legal obligations and duty of care
• Maintain materials to ensure all items are recorded and available as required.

Candidates will ideally have:
• Time served apprenticeship in plumbing & heating or gas qualification (NVQ or equivalent)
• CENWAT1, CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1
• Experience in serving and repairing gas central heating systems in domestic dwellings
• Full, UK driving license
