Disability Employment Officer needed in Shropshire

The rate is £12.47ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support people with disabilities into employment. The applicant will provide support to clients, assess and review referrals to the service and advise on future employment and career options, liaise with employers and referring organisations, help with job searching and post-employment support.

They will also work closely with social care providers to ensure an integrated route to employment and will need to be a good communicator with good inter-personal skills focussed on achieving positive outcomes.  This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate develop and enhance your skills in a rewarding and challenging environment.
