Digital Experience Editor / Designer needed in Bedford £240.25 per day ref:5183811
This role will involve:
Working as part of a small team and alongside service managers, the post holder will be responsible for creating engaging, easy to follow content for the entire digital experience, from webpage content, to the journey itself and through to follow up email / SMS contact with the customer. You’ll work to our journey design guidelines whilst bringing creativity and energy to the journey development process. You’ll make sure that customers are involved in journey testing prior to go-live to ensure the digital experience is smooth and easy.
The post holder will be required to work quickly but accurately within tight timescales and changing priorities.
