Our client is looking for a Desktop Engineer. To be an enthusiastic; solutions focused Engineer to join a professional team providing Customer focused desktop services to 3000 customers.
The successful candidate will be assisting the Customer with queries and problems relating to the use of ICT systems in accordance with Appropriate SLA’s by telephone, remotely, in writing and by site visits, across the borough. Build and deploy the full ICT Catalogue and maintain asset management records to the agreed standards.
They should have standard systems and business applications e.g. Windows 10, Microsoft Office suites including Office 365, popular web browsers, Microsoft Exchange, Active directory, SCCM, Mobile technologies (Android & iOS) and mobile device management technologies. Desirable experience of audio visual and projectors
