Deferred Payments Officer required in Barking £21.03 ph Ref 135-1

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

• Provide a service supporting and advising clients through all forms of communication with regard their relevant accounts. Actively liaise with colleagues within other services and agencies to build strong working relationships.
• To contribute to the provision of a quality Revenue collection service for Deferred Payment, Property Debts and High Value debts in accordance with legislation, statutory regulations, policy and operational procedures
• Maintain individual accounts for each service user monitoring all aspects of the debt recovery process in a fair, effective and economic way.
