Debt Recovery Officer Contract Full Time

Debt Recovery Officer based in Hammersmith and the rate is £18.80ph PAYE

This is a part time temporary contract role.

• To collect and recover arrears of client contributions towards the cost of adult social care in accordance with the debt recovery procedure of the Department
• Improve collection of arrears due and ongoing charges to ensure income targets are achieved
• Liaise with operations and legal services to maximise recovery of unpaid charges for adult social care
• Assist the Financial Assessment and Income Officers towards increased collection of current charges for adult social care and respond to queries and complaints regarding debt collection.
• To give residents and their representatives sound advice regarding the charging policy for care provided in residential setting and their obligations
