Debt Recovery Assistant Part Time Temporary

Debt Recovery Assistant needed in Esher Paying  £19.53 per day ref OR2804

Part time hours on a temporary basis

Duties:

1. System Control and Reconciliation: Oversee and reconcile the relevant systems.
2. Support and Training: Provide assistance, advice, and training as needed.
3. Debt Recovery: Pursue debt recovery per the Corporate Debt Policy.
4. Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in-person, negotiating repayment arrangements.
5. Collaboration with Agencies: Work with external debt collection agencies, ensuring timely referrals and ongoing communication.
6. Direct Debit Management: Manage direct debit processes
