Based in Birmingham and the rate is £12.58ph PAYE

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Officer. To work alongside a busy call centre split between repairs and housing management (Calls relating to Homeless, Tenancy, ASB, Domestic Abuse etc)
The successful candidates will be assisting with calls relating to repairs and maintenance and then candidates will build their way up to dealing with more challenging calls with the Housing Management team. Whilst this is a challenging role all training and support is given to all staff. They have said they don’t necessarily need someone from a housing or repairs background the just need staff who can be sensitive, mature and understanding to the caller’s needs.
The role isn’t a first point on contact role you will be training to be able to help the caller with queries and keep calm when dealing with distressing calls. They are looking for very good communication skills.
