Based in Cornwall and the rate is £9.30ph PAYE

Our client is looking for a Customer Service & Data Analysis Officer. To provide proactive and comprehensive guidance, information and resolution to both internal and external customers which will involve interpreting the customer’s need. The successful candidate will positively contribute as a member of the Team to achieving the highest standards of Customer Care ensuring the delivery of quality information, advice and promoting customer service excellence. They will source, collate and manage the collection of data for successful contract management, benchmarking and tender exercises for the Transport Co-ordination Service including punctuality and passenger number information.
