Home Ownership Officer Full Time Temporary

Home Ownership Officer needed in Milton Keynes £25.00 per hr PAYE – 09062022

 This role will involve:

• To provide a front-line service in a large and complex area of work including providing information, support and recovery of rent/service charges to shared owners and leaseholders.
• To deal with complex financial disputes in relation to service charges and major works.
• To calculate annual service charges and process Right to Buy Applications.
• To maximise the collection of rent, service charges major works and other sources of income and reduce the level of debt to maintain the viability of the Housing Revenue Account.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis
