Customer Service Advisor needed in Birmingham £9.50ph PAYE – Reference:BC13
The role will predominately require advisors to manage calls from residence that are reporting their missed collections as well as log and take payment from residents who wish to renew their green waste subscriptions or create a new account for green waste collections.
This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
