Customer Service Adviser (Face to Face) needed in Oswestry £10.14ph PAYE – Reference:RQ416122
You will be providing a face to face customer service role.
You will be:
• handling enquiries about the services
• helping customers apply for services and report issues
• handling paperwork and verification
• dealing with homelessness and customers in crisis situations
The team deals with face to face enquiries but also has the remit of encouraging customers to self-serve by using our computer facilities at our sites.
This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis
