Customer Service Admin Assistant Full Time Temporary

Customer Service Admin Assistant needed in Maidstone £11.09 ph ref:444738

This role will involve:

• To reply to customers’ letters, emails and telephone calls regarding waste related issues
• To work with the waste contractor’s supervisors to resolve resident’s queries and complaints and ensure issues are rectified swiftly
• To manage requests submitted through the contact centre to ensure they are resolved swiftly, and feedback is provided to the resident
• To support the Waste Management Officer with investigative work to resolve problems
• Administration of the clinical waste service
• To support the Waste Manager with administrative tasks
• Commitment to the client’s Corporate Plan
• To undertake any training and development as required
• To comply fully with the Client’s Equal Opportunity Policy
• To comply fully with the Client’s Health and Safety at Work Policy
• To assist as required in the Client’s Emergency Plan
• To comply fully with the Client’s IT Security Policy
• To undertake other duties commensurate with the grade of the post
