Customer Relationship Officer needed in East London

The rate is £21.31ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of functions such as stage 1 complaints, Mayors and Members enquiries, as well as Freedom of information requests and various special projects.

This job is working in a fast paced and target driven area of work and we are looking for someone to contribute to the success of our team over the recent years.

Customer service, repairs and complaints case work experience would be welcomed.
