Covid Support Officer Contract Full Time

Based in Derby paying £10.41ph PAYE

Our client is looking for a Covid Support Officer. To support the management and prevention of local outbreaks, by advising members of the public on social distancing and other covid secure measures in public areas.

The main purpose of the role is to provide advice and guidance in a friendly non-confrontational way and to report issues to the Police and the Food and Safety Team.

The successful candidates will be working in pairs to patrol the city, working a variety of shift patterns between 08:00 and 22:00 including evening and weekend working to meet the demands of the service, they will explain coronavirus restrictions to members of the public and business owners and to provide advice on government guidance mainly social distancing, face coverings.
