Covid-19 Site Operative needed in Cambourne £10.41ph PAYE – Reference:HQ000000C

This is working full time hours on a temporary contract basis

Our client is looking for a Covid19 Test Site Operative. To assist with greeting of arrivals and providing reassurance and to direct the people to available testing stations and exits.

The successful candidate will also ensure social distancing and other government guidelines are observed, sanitising of hand and wearing of face mask as appropriate, communicate with the public through the arrival and testing process, providing reassurance as appropriate, ensure safe clinical measures including social distancing and donning and removing of PPE, of all times and ensure understanding of core end-to-end testing experience and support wider site operations as and when requested.

Skills and Experience:

• Understanding of the need to always maintain confidentiality.
• Full understanding of how SMART mobile phone devices and other digital equipment and systems work used by the centre staff Able to converse with ease with members of the public/build trust and rapport in short space of time.
• Provide effective help or advice in accurate and fluent spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment whilst maintain high levels of accuracy.
• Must be able to work in a methodical manner, recording and inputting data whilst working in a mobile site accurately.
• Ability to follow the strict guidelines and procedures required at all times
