Covid 19 enforcement assistant needed in Frodsham £9.81ph ref 5160654

Working full time hours on a temporary basis.

To deliver a holistic Covid business advice and enforcement remedy. Including

1. a) Business support and social distancing advice and solutions to high risk, priority small businesses, with advice chat facility.
2. b) rapid response to issues requiring a firm remedy into the Covid T&T Hub associated with any outbreak.
3. c) Targeted media including mobile media boards located in SD challenged areas ( it is understood that a Comms project is currently underway and this could link so this has not been costed)

All business sectors (prioritised by CWAC)

Any person / business not complying with Covid rules and

1. a) Commissioned service from H&S Consultancy
2. b) In house from redeployment of existing staff with backfill or direct recruitment from agency.
3. a) Better Covid security and social distancing in businesses
4. b) Reduced Covid Transmission associated with outbreak situations
5. c) Greater public compliance ( on the basis of media messages following enforcement)
6. d) Increased business confidence in the Council, valuing the support given at what is a hard time for them.

To provide administrative support to the process, working with both the Track and Trace team and Enforcement.

Managing rotas

Dealing with invoicing and assisting with budget management tasks

Supporting the intelligence functions.

Submitting intelligence.

Managing data and statistics.

This role would suit a confident and enthusiastic person who is good at working independently as well as part of a team.

Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft office, excel and word needed.
