To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; using the appropriate IT systems within a PCI compliant environment.

 

The office is located in the centre of Lincoln, with No parking is provided but pay and display car parks are available nearby. The office adheres to strict Covid19 Secure guidelines and details of this will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
