Full time hours on a temporary basis
Requirement 1: expert knowledge of Civica on Council Tax
Requirement 2: expert knowledge on council tax procedures
Requirement 3: experience in handling the pressure of high contact centre call volumes
Requirement 4: DBS is essential
Reequipment 5: This is a home working role so good internet connection is needed
